 Y. P. I . A . (Young People in Action) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Houston, Texas that provides individualized and group services for under-served youth designed to uncover and develop their academic, creative, and leadership potential. Initially envisioned and incorporated by Samuel Frazier (President), YPIA was officially launched in September 2015 under the management of Jonathan Zeigler (Executive Director) and Emmanuel Freeman (Western Region Director/COO) and has since experienced explosive growth.

With a holistic approach from caring professional staff, Y.P.I.A. uses the latest innovative and effective techniques to deliver the impactful interventions focused on addressing the diverse complex needs of youth in the community. YPIA currently serves youth in three cities (Houston - TX, Los Angeles - CA, and Alexandria - LA) with future plans of expansion.
